Some time ago we got 12 chickens. There were one mom chicken and 8 cute little chicks. Here where we live we are not allowed to have roosters so we were waiting for them to grow and see how many male we'd have. Luckily only 3 of them were, so Augusto and I killed them!!! Well, actually Augusto did, I just helped after the tragedy!!! It was so very easy, better than we thought! So we had them grilled and on sauce and they were delicious!! The kids reacted a little weird we we talked about what was about to happen but they soon were ok eating the yummy free range chicken (they didn't see when Augusto broke their necks). But chickens only from the store!
Algum tempo atrás, adquirimos 12 galinhas. Eram uma galinha mãe e oito pintinhos. Aqui, onde moramos não nos é permitido ter galos então estávamos esperando por eles crescerem e ver quantos machos teríamos. Felizmente apenas 3 deles eram, então Augusto e eu os matamos! Bem, na verdade Augusto o fez, eu só ajudei depois da tragédia! Foi tão fácil, melhor do que pensávamos! Os comemos grelhados e ao molho e ficaram deliciosos! As crianças reagiram um pouco estranho quando nós falamos sobre o que estava para acontecer, mas eles logo ficaram bem e comeram os frangos caipiras do proprio quintal! (eles não viram quando Augusto quebrou o pescoço deles). Mas franguinho agora so do supermercado!!
