Clara's Baptism

Thanks to our good friend Mathew Sanchez, that baptized our little princess!

The day has finally arrived and Clara is now a Member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. During these almost 5 years as member Clara (and all my boys) have had a chance to go to church with me and experienced what all this is about. You have learned important teachings from the gospel and have had opportunities to do good to those around you. Even though you are still too little and don't really understand how these teachings can help  in your lives I am thankful and happy for the opportunity to provide you this opportunity to plant the seed and nurture it for your future, and hoping that you all will know what to do in the adversities of life with Lord's infinite love. I am very proud of you Clara and you know that our Heavenly Father is smiling up there, watching you making good choices!! I am also thankful for the wonderful father you have, Clara that although doesn't have the same believe is always there supporting you in your choices... What a beautiful family we are!!!!

p.s. Clara I wore the same cloth that I used on my baptism day!!

Clarinha seu dia finalmente chegou e voce agora e' um membro da Igreja de Jesus Cristo dos Santos do Ultimos Dias! Durante esses 5 ultimos anos que sou membro da igreja, voce e seus irmaos tiveram (e contiam a ter) a oportunidade de aprender coisas importantes do evangelho. Ir a igreja e ter aulas aos domingos, tem ensinado a voces os valores mais importantes dessa vida. Voces tem aprendido a amar a Deus e aqueles que estao ao seu redor e ainda aprendendo a cuidar da sementinha que esta brotando nos coracoes de voces. Ainda sao muito pequenos para entenderem realmente o que tudo isso que estao aprendendo e desenvolvendo servirao no futuro de suas vidas, e e' por isso que, como mae, me esforço para orienta-los! Papai do Ceu esta certamente sorrindo la em cima, olhando por voce sempre e feliz por suas escolhas! Seu pai tambem tem sido muito especial (como sempre!) que, apesar de nao ter a mesma fe', esta sempre presente e lhe apoiando em suas escolhas! Amo muito voces e sou muito grata por ter uma familia tao especial e abençoada!!
