Gabriel turned 3 and at August 2nd started school. Here in New Zealand the kids at 3 year old have public (and FREE) school. Victor started there last year afternoon when he was 3, 3 days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday) two and a half hours a day and when he turned 4 he started going on morning sessions which are every day 3 1/2 hours. Now it's a little crazy because the break between one session and other is only an hour, which is a little short time for a drive I have to make.
The firs week was great! Gabriel loved the school and feels so big boy! I was afraid that it would be as hard as it was with Victor, but no, he loved it from the beginning!!

Gabriel completou 3 anos e dia 02 de agosto começou em sua escola nova. Aqui na Nova Zelândia as crianças de 3 anos de idade têm escola pública (e grátis). Victor começou lá a tarde ano passado, quando ele tinha 3 anos, 3 dias por semana (terça, quarta e quinta-feira) duas horas e meia por dia e quando ele completou quatro, ele passou para de manhã que são todos os dias 3 1/2 horas. Agora é um pouco louco, porque o intervalo entre uma sessão e outra é de apenas uma hora e como nao moramos tao perto da escola fica bem cansativo! Mas vale a pena!
Essa primeira foi ótima! Gabriel adorou a escola e se sente menino grande! Eu estava com medo de que seria tão difícil quanto foi com Victor, mas não, ele adorou desde o início! !
